    Accounting
  • A problem was fixed in Accounting > Parameter Maintenance to not allow setting Current Year+Month to earlier than the first month of the current fiscal year. - Release Date: 12/6/2018
  • The G/L Transaction Balance Inquiry report was not showing correct data if the first fiscal month was greater than January. - Release Date: 10/23/2018
  • Inventory
  • Warehouse Transfer Maintenance fixed a problem where the detail grid would not show more than 10 line items. - Release Date: 2/26/2019
  • The Part Status page fixed an error in any popup window when clicking any button to view part related detail - when the part number contained a single quote. - Release Date: 2/6/2019
  • Warehouse Transfer Maintenance has been modified to fix a problem when you click [Add Detail] where the page got hung up. Additional changes were made to re-arrange the question order and to allow selecting both a From Location and an Into Location. ? - Release Date: 2/5/2019
  • In Warehouse Transfer Maintenance, you are now prevented from doing any Warehouse Transfer Action (e.g. Open, Close, Direct, Undo) if the Inventory Parameter for In-Transit Warehouse is 0 (i.e. has not been set). - Release Date: 1/24/2019

  • The program was not ensuring that the Convert UOM 2-5 on a Part must be greater than zero when the UOM 2-5 was used. - Release Date: 2/7/2019
  • The five labels that calculated totals based off of method/amount in Part Supplier Maintenance were not showing correct values or changing based off of method/amount changes. - Release Date: 11/15/2018
  • Payables
  • In Create Payables From Receipts, a problem was fixed where the [Split] button functionality was not working. - Release Date: 11/28/2018
  • The Payables Import page now handles problems with bad numeric values or bad/missing date values. Previously, the page would hang if some of these errors were encountered. - Release Date: 10/12/2018
  • Purchase Order
  • Fixed an untrapped error in Purchase Order > Batch Processing when creating purchase orders and summarizing orders by part number. The error was “Error in Create Purchase Orders. Processing terminated.” - Release Date: 10/18/2018

  • Adding a new quote was not setting the Shipping Method. - Release Date: 2/15/2019
  • Receivables
  • A problem was fixed for "Receivables Payment" reports where duplicate payments were incorrectly shown if there were multiple payments for the same Customer ID and Payment Reference Number but for different Payment Date values. - Release Date: 1/18/2019
  • Sales Order
  • Sales Order Batch Processing was fixed to correctly prompt user for Serial Number or Lot values when committing inventory for parts that require Serial/Lot. - Release Date: 2/15/2019
  • The Add Sales Order page was showing the Sold-To/Bill-To/End-User contacts regardless of the payment terms they selected. - Release Date: 2/1/2019
  • Sales Order Batch Processing was showing all options regardless of the process chosen in the main menu. - Release Date: 1/16/2019
  • The status field in the Sales Order Action (Detail) report was not indicating if a part was committed. - Release Date: 1/10/2019
  • Printing a range of sales orders in Sales Order Batch Processing was not allowing the user to choose a comment type for the forms. - Release Date: 12/27/2018
  • The "Taxable Basis" on "Sales Order Master" reports was fixed to compute the taxable basis using Tax Codes. Before this fix, you would get an error message that the TaxGroupException was invalid when trying to print the Taxable Basis. - Release Date: 11/16/2018
  • The price on an unknown part was not being set properly in Quick Order Maintenance. - Release Date: 11/9/2018
  • Reducing in Sales Order & Sales Quick Order Maintenance were only reducing detail items that were viewed in the grid. - Release Date: 11/8/2018
  • Sales Order Payment screen was not able to update Receivables if there was a change in Payment Reference Number. - Release Date: 10/30/2018
  • Sales Tax was not ignored when closing a Sales Order if a Tax Exempt Number was applied to the order. - Release Date: 10/17/2018
  • When merging labor to a sales order, if the labor part number has a Tax Code then that Tax Code should be used on the Sales Order Detail record; otherwise the Sales Order Master Tax Code should be used. - Release Date: 10/12/2018
  • System
  • The Event Logs page was modified so the "Log Record Detail" textbox can show html markup without getting an error (which caused the box to not update/display). - Release Date: 1/17/2019

Changes

  • The following pages were changed to attach backorders to existing purchase orders by branch: ?Sales Order Batch Processing > Attach Backorders to Existing Purchase Orders Purchase Order Batch Processing > Attach Backorders to Existing Purchase Orders Purchase Order Detail Maintenance > [Attach Backorders] toolbar button - Release Date: 2/13/2019
  • For Sales Order Batch Processing > Create Purchase Orders for Unattached Backorders, new purchase orders will be created using the branch of the backordered sales order detail item. Purchase Order Batch Processing > Create Purchase Orders for Unattached Backorders new purchase orders will be created using the branch of the backordered sales order detail item (or the branch of the manufacturing order for the backordered component part). - Release Date: 2/13/2019
  • In both "Sales Order Batch Processing" and "Purchase Order Batch Processing for the "Create Purchase Orders From Unattached Backorders" option, you can now choose the Purchase Order ID Code to use for creating purchase orders for the current batch processing (presuming permissions allow you to override the Purchase Order ID Code). ? - Release Date: 2/8/2019
  • When creating purchase orders from unattached backorders in both Sales Order Batch Processing and Purchase Order Batch Processing, both the Branch Number and Warehouse ID will now use the values from the User Master setting for the logged in user. That way, batch processing follows the same defaulting for these fields as manually adding a PO via PurchaseOrder > Add Purchase Order. - Release Date: 12/7/2018
  • A Body is no longer required when sending an email. - Release Date: 11/9/2018
  • All import pages now handle errors for blank/empty key fields and for non-numeric values in numeric fields. - Release Date: 10/23/2018
  • All import pages now include a Full Report option as well as an Exception Report option. Any codes added while importing will be shown as "Information" messages in the Full Report. - Release Date: 10/9/2018
  • Accounting
  • The Bank Reconciliation page has been re-structured to always show the Reconciliation Summary and to update the summary totals as items get marked as Cleared or Un-Cleared. That will allow you to see the remaining Difference amount that still needs to be reconciled. - Release Date: 11/16/2018
  • Inventory
  • Warehouse Transfer Maintenance was changed so the Finder grid summarizes by Transfer Order ID related fields. - Release Date: 2/26/2019
  • Increased speed of Post Inventory Transactions process. - Release Date: 2/14/2019
  • When Warehouse Transfer Maintenance transfers inventory, the Reference Type will now be set to "T" (for Transfer) and the Reference Number will be set to the Transfer Order ID. Additionally, the Part Inventory Status field will be set to "TR" and the Status Date will be set to the current date. - Release Date: 1/2/2019
  • In the "Adjust Inventory' page, do not restrict the Expense Account drop-down to just Account Class of "EX" because users may often adjust inventory to non-expense accounts - Release Date: 12/18/2018
  • In Part Inventory Maintenance, the "Committed Info" box fields are now "ReadOnly" since they can only be cleared (and not manually changed by user). This will prevent the user from incorrectly thinking they can commit inventory by changing those fields. - Release Date: 12/6/2018
  • Labor
  • The "Labor Time Clock Listing" report was changed to use basic selectivity the same as generic reports do instead of using the page specific "checkbox" selectivity. Note that the "Labor Employee Attendance Report" and "Labor Daily Time Summary Report" were also changed to use the basic selectivity. - Release Date: 1/18/2019
  • Manufacturing
  • On the Mfg. Order Maintenance page, the [Attach Backorders] option was changed to open a popup window to allow you to select which backorder(s) to attach to the Mfg. Order ID. - Release Date: 2/12/2019
  • In Manufacturing Order Maintenance, you can now commit Serial Number Required parts with a Quantity greater than 1 from the Mfg. Order Detail screen. If detail is committed for Serial# parts then you can now also reduce inventory for the serial# parts with a quantity greater than 1. - Release Date: 2/1/2019
  • Part
  • The "Update Parts from external text file" page now supports updating based on Supplier Part Number instead of Part Number. Additionally, support was added for appending a Part Prefix to the text file part number to create the TREQSO part number. - Release Date: 10/23/2018
  • Payables
  • For Payable Status Inquiry, the inquiry by Payment Reference Number now shows a different report layout than the other inquiry options - so that the Total Payment amount and Total Discount Taken amount are shown for the Payment Reference Number. - Release Date: 2/22/2019
  • Added supplier name to the file name of printed checks. - Release Date: 12/13/2018
  • Users will be warned when trying to leave the Payables Invoice Maintenance screen when an Invoice is not balanced. - Release Date: 12/12/2018

  • Purchase Order Detail Maintenance was changed to add a [Re-open Item] button to allow re-opening a closed item on an open order. - Release Date: 2/6/2019
  • Purchase Order Detail Maintenance was changed to show an alert box for Discontinued or Hold status parts, and show the Replacement Part if there is one, and not allow the user to add the discontinued/hold part number to the order. - Release Date: 1/24/2019
  • In Purchase Order Maintenance, when you click [Re-Open Order], any Purchase Order Detail that was marked as closed but not fully received will now be re-opened as well.. - Release Date: 1/17/2019
  • Purchase Order Adjust Receipts was changed to remember the "Scope of Adjustment" checkbox settings. Also, when the "Part Master" checkbox is marked, the Standard Cost will now be updated in the default Part Branch record as well as in the Part Master record for the part. - Release Date: 12/21/2018
  • In Purchase Order Detail Maintenance, now when the Requisition fields are specified (i.e. not blank/empty) and you click the [Add] / [Update] button, then any backorders for the requisitioned order/line will automatically be attached to the line item (without subsequently having to click the [Attach Backorders] button. - Release Date: 12/7/2018
  • When adding purchase order detail records, you can now add Freight parts (i.e. parts with Part Type = "F") - Release Date: 10/3/2018
  • Quote
  • The Add New Customer sections have been renamed to Add New Prospect. - Release Date: 10/11/2018
  • When adding a new sold-to customer on a quote, the "Same as Sold-To" checkbox under Bill-To Customer will be checked by default. - Release Date: 10/11/2018
  • Receivables

  • The Receivables Payment Maintenance payment application process has been modified so the message that the "Remaining amount must be applied" will no longer prevent the check-marked invoices from being applied. So now you can first check-mark any invoices to pay and click [Apply Selected]. And then (after the warning message) you can enter any pre-applied invoice payments. - Release Date: 1/16/2019
  • Receivables Month-End Processing was changed to add a [Final Posting] button to Step 4 (i.e. Finish Month-End) if there are any un-posted receivables transactions for the month being closed. - Release Date: 12/7/2018
  • Receivables Payment Maintenance changed the "Unapplied Invoice ID" to be "Pre-Applied Invoice ID" and added a "Pre-Applied Amount" field and [Pre Apply] button. This allows you to create as many pre-applied payments as needed in order to totally apply the payment amount. - Release Date: 12/6/2018
  • The Bank Deposit Update was changed to show the total amount of payments selected for deposit in the grid footer and to show the [Updated Select] command button at top and bottom of grid. - Release Date: 11/19/2018

  • Sales Order
  • Users will now be warned when trying to close a job order with no labor rather than preventing them from making the close. - Release Date: 3/5/2019
  • Changing the sales/cogs accounts in the order defaults of a sales order will now update any matching detail with that change. - Release Date: 2/28/2019
  • The Totals boxes in Sales Order Maintenance and Sales Order Entry will now default to Ordered rather than Shipped. - Release Date: 2/25/2019

  • The "Replace Sales Order Fields" page was changed to allow replacing certain fields on reduced detail records (as long as the field being replaced has not been posted yet). You will see a warning message that the sales order detail item has been skipped (and not updated) if you try to change a field that is not allowed on reduced records. - Release Date: 2/1/2019
  • Renamed "Track Contacts" fields to "Track Cash Contacts". Renamed "Contact Maintenance" page to "Cash Contact Maintenance". - Release Date: 10/11/2018
  • The Sales Order Maintenance page will now show contact info (including Email Address and/or Phone Number) for a selected Sold-To Contact, Bill-To Contact, and End-User Contact. - Release Date: 10/3/2018
