  • The Account Balance Inquiry page will now include prompts for optional Branch, Profit Center, and Cost Center if the selected Account Number has verify flags set for those fields. - Release Date: 3/27/2019

  • When adding or updating Inventory Count Detail, if the Actual Cost is zero then the Actual Cost and Landed Cost will be updated from the default Part Branch record. This will allow manually created tags to show the expected cost variance amount. - Release Date: 4/30/2019

  • The "Part Import" page was changed to allow updating DefaultListPriceMethod and DefaultListPriceMarkup fields. - Release Date: 3/11/2019
  • Payables
  • The "Create Payables From Receipts" page was changed so when creating a credit invoice, the discount amount will be set to zero (because a negative discount amount is not allowed). In Payables Transaction Maintenance, you are no longer allowed to center a negative amount for the discount amount. - Release Date: 3/12/2019
  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Receipt Adjustments will now create Event Log entries for any PO adjustments. - Release Date: 4/22/2019
  • An Event Log entry will now be created for the Purchase Order "Re-Open" option when you click the [Reopen Order] button. An Event Log entry will now also be created for the Purchase Order Detail [Close Item] and [Re-open Item] options. - Release Date: 4/22/2019
  • The Purchase Order Status Inquiry page was changed to add an option to inquire by "Backorders Attached" to a specified Purchase Order ID. - Release Date: 4/22/2019
  • In Purchase Order Maintenance, the detail grid will now show a red circle/slash icon for any non-active or unknown parts. This is the same functionality as in the Sales Order Maintenance detail grid. - Release Date: 4/16/2019
  • When receiving backordered non-inventory or unknown parts, update the Sales Order Detail Regular Cost and Regular Landed Cost values instead of updating Actual Cost and Landed Cost -- because actual costs will get overridden by regular costs when reducing. Also, when receiving backordered non-inventory or unknown parts, reduce the sales order detail for the received part so the user will know not to backorder it again. - Release Date: 4/12/2019
  • Receivables
  • Removed the Aging Date field from the Invoice finders due to performance issues. - Release Date: 4/26/2019
  • Sales Order
  • Sales Order > Replace Sales Order Fields was changed to allow updating reduced sales order detail records for Branch Number, Profit Center, and Cost Center changes since only Inventory and WIP accounts will be affected and not CGS accounts. Additionally, unposted Inventory Transaction records for the current year+month will now be updated for Branch, Profit Center, or Cost Center changes. - Release Date: 4/26/2019
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, if "Vehicle Tracking" was not enabled in Sales Order Parameters then do not allow the user to Add Vehicle or Find Vehicle. The only option should be to manually enter a VIN on the order. - Release Date: 4/19/2019
  • In Sales Order Batch Processing, the "Unreduce" option was changed to allow unreducing negative quantity items - which will REDUCE inventory instead of ADD inventory. - Release Date: 4/19/2019
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, for the "Copy Order" function, it will now use the Sold-To CustomerID current tax exempt info if it exists. The tax exempt fields will only be cleared if there is no current "Tax Exempt" record for the Sold-To CustomerID and Ship-To State. This makes the "Copy Order" work just like manually creating a new sales order for the customer. - Release Date: 4/11/2019
  • In Sales Order Batch Processing, when un-reducing if the Sales Order Parameter for Auto Committing is set then returned inventory will be committed to the sales order that un-reduced (i.e. returned) the inventory. - Release Date: 3/12/2019
  • The "Replace Sales Order Fields" page was changed to add a [Reset] button to allow resetting the Sales Order ID range to update another range of orders without changing other settings. - Release Date: 3/11/2019
  • In Sales Order Maintenance, for the [Price Types] toolbar button. change to allow updating prices on any open sales order detail lines. Also, add status message to that screen showing how many records were updated. - Release Date: 3/8/2019
