    Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Maintenance now includes a toolbar button named "Update Detail" that will allow you to update the Needed Date, Expected Date, Profit Center Number, or Cost Center Number for all detail records for the PO. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • Receivables
  • Added ability to print statements with credit balances. Two fields have been added to the Parameters page, one to turn on this ability, and one to set the amount needed to send the statement. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • Sales Order
  • When adding a part to a sales order, the warehouse information on that part is shown near the quantity field. An additional button has been added that will display information for all warehouses. - Release Date: 3/5/2020

Fixed Items

  • A problem was fixed in several pages where entering a Part Alias and then pressing the [Enter] key would fail to convert the part number alias to the desired part number. This problem was fixed in: Sales Order Detail Maintenance, Sales Order Entry, Adjust/Expense Inventory, Warehouse Transfer Maintenance, Receivables Invoice Maintenance, Receivables Recurring Invoice Maintenance, and Receivables Other Maintenance. - Release Date: 2/28/2020
  • Admin
  • The "standard" reports in the scheduling area would not run. - Release Date: 3/9/2020
  • Viewing/Editing a Sequence Email Task wasn't loading correctly. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • Sequence Tasks could not be re-sorted properly in scheduling. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • Inventory
  • The "Adjust/Expense Inventory" page will now use the Inventory Parameter settings for the "Default Profit Center Setting" and "Default Cost Center Setting" to determine the Profit Center Number and Cost Center Number to use. - Release Date: 2/28/2020
  • In Inventory Count Processing, when entering Actual Counts, if the Part Number is "Serial Number Required" then enable the Serial Number field so the user can change the value and if the Part is "Lot Required" then enable the Lot field so the user can change the value. This will allow the tags with blank Serial Number or Lot values to have those values filled in if the Part requires that. - Release Date: 2/26/2020
  • Labor
  • A problem was fixed in Labor Time Clock Entry where you could create an IJ (In-Job) clock punch for a closed/finalized order by manually entering a Work Code and then pressing the [Enter] key. - Release Date: 3/5/2020
  • Manufacturing
  • The "Disassemble Make Part" page was changed so if only disassembling to the top level components, then allow getting Serial Number and Lot for those components if needed. Also, add magnifier button next to Serial Number text box to get Serial Number or Lot from current part inventory. - Release Date: 3/4/2020
  • Payables
  • In Payables > Create Payables From Receipts, the Split option now handles splitting quantity when Quantity Invoiced is negative (and so Quantity Received is actually Quantity Returned). - Release Date: 2/26/2020
  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order > Adjust Receipts was fixed to handle negative amounts - so that you can adjust receipts when the PO includes purchase discounts. - Release Date: 3/6/2020
  • Receivables
  • The "Receivables Transaction" generic report fixed a problem where all the various Account Title fields were printing the Receivables Account Title. - Release Date: 2/25/2020
  • Sales Order
  • In Sales Orders, when reducing inventory, all business rules will now be checked before allowing reducing - so any broken rules will be handled and displayed to the user. This will prevent the "partially reduced" problem caused if a broken rule (such as not allowing a blank Tax Code) is generated during the reducing process. - Release Date: 2/28/2020
  • The "Sales Order Master" generic report was fixed so the "Taxable Basis" field will account for the Tax Exempt Number being set (i.e. if the order was non-taxable). The "Sales Orders" generic report was fixed so the "Taxable Basis" field will account for the Tax Exempt Number being set (i.e. if the order was non-taxable). - Release Date: 2/25/2020

Changes

  • The Generic Report Maintenance page was changed so when modifying a generic report, if any Column, Sort, Group, or Selection Criteria settings changed then the Event Log will show the changes (i.e. old values and new values). - Release Date: 3/9/2020
  • Accounting
  • The Bank Reconciliation page has been modified to give a more intuitive feel and have better performance. The layout has been changed and two check boxes have been added to help present users with the data they are looking for. - Release Date: 3/5/2020
  • Admin
  • Emails drop-down lists in scheduling now show the Users names (rather than their email address), and is also sorted by their name. Inactive users have been removed as well. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • Inventory
  • Warehouse Transfer Maintenance was changed to set Profit Center Number and Cost Center Number on Inventory Transactions per Inventory Parameter default settings for those fields. Additionally, before doing the warehouse transfers, the page will check the Account Master Verify Branch, Verify Profit Center, and Verify Cost Center flags for both the Inventory Account and the offset Transfer Account to insure that Branch Number, Profit Center Number, and Cost Center Number values are set if the account requires it. - Release Date: 3/4/2020
  • In "Inventory Count Process", when you click [Adjust Inventory to Actual], you can now select the Branch Number to use for posting any inventory adjustments. The default branch will come from the User Maintenance setting. - Release Date: 3/3/2020
  • The Session ID field will always appear as selectivity in Inventory Count reports and will now be required to run the report. - Release Date: 2/27/2020
  • The Inventory Count Report has new fields named "Book Available Quantity" and "Book Committed Quantity" so you can see how much of the Book Quantity is available or committed. - Release Date: 2/25/2020
  • Payables
  • Attempting to add an Invoice (in Invoice Maintenance) with an ID that already exists for the Supplier will now give a warning rather than preventing the user from continuing. - Release Date: 3/3/2020
  • Sales Order
  • The "No Price on Detail After Set Prices" parameter will no longer apply to orders that have been priced with "No Changes". - Release Date: 3/4/2020
  • The "Sales Order Master" generic report "Order Total" has been changed to be computed like the "Sales Orders" report for consistency purposes. - Release Date: 2/25/2020
  • The Sales Order Inquiry page will now show the Item Status as "Voided+Closed" if the Sales Order has Order Status of "V" (i.e. Voided). - Release Date: 2/25/2020
