  • Dashboard widgets have been added. Users can enable widgets in Security Group Maintenance, and add them to the Homepage in Homepage Layout. Widgets allow users to view relevant, at-a-glance information with various degrees of customizability. This information is presented in an easy to read form with charts, graphs, and lists. - Release Date: 9/13/2022
  • Accounting
  • There is a new Purchasing Account Reconciliation page that combines the summary and detail reports for Unvouchered Payables. Additionally, it allows you to edit GLCode1 (i.e. Purchase Order ID) for GL Transactions for the Purchasing Account to help reconcile the Purchasing Account for Purchase Orders and Payables Invoices. - Release Date: 11/22/2022

  • A "Last Reference Number" field has been added to Accounting Parameters Maintenance that will assist in sequencing all future General Journal entries. If a Last Reference Number is specified here, when adding a General Journal entry in G/L Transaction Maintenance, the Reference Number will default to the next reference Number from this value. The Reference Number can still be overridden if needed. - Release Date: 7/29/2022

  • Support for Admin Security Groups and Permissions has been added to the Admin site. There is now a main menu item for "Security" for Admin Security Group Maintenance. - Release Date: 8/2/2022
  • Customer
  • Customer Maintenance now has an "Is Cash Customer" checkbox. During sales order entry, if you have the Sales Order Parameter "Track Cash Contact" set and the Sold-To Customer has the "Is Cash Customer" setting then you will need to specify sales order contact info for that order. - Release Date: 11/15/2022

  • There is a new Customer - History Report that has a fixed layout but allows a variety of selectivity. For each customer, the report shows information similar to the Customer History view option in Customer Maintenance. - Release Date: 8/26/2022
  • Inventory
  • Added Hide Book Quantity setting to Inventory Parameter Maintenance which will determine if the Book Quantity is visible on the Enter Actual Count popup in the Inventory Count Process page. - Release Date: 11/17/2022
  • Inventory Parameter Maintenance now includes a checkbox field named "Validate Location". When you mark this checkbox, you will need to setup all valid inventory locations in all of your warehouses. You can do this in System > System Codes Maintenance under the Warehouses tab. If "Validate Location" is set, any field where you can specify a Location will become a dropdown box instead of a text box and you will need to select one of the valid locations for the specified warehouse. Note: When you click the [Update] button after marking the "Validate Location" checkbox, valid Warehouse Locations will be added for all current Part Inventory Locations as well as any non-blank Default Location or Alt Location 1 or Alt Location 2 field in the Part Warehouse database table. This will insure that existing locations will all be recognized as a valid location. - Release Date: 9/1/2022

  • Added branch selectivity to the Labor In-Job Inquiry page. - Release Date: 10/10/2022
  • A new Labor Employee Attendance "generic" report has been added. This mimics most of the functionality of the "standard" report but offers the greater flexibility of a generic report. - Release Date: 10/3/2022
  • Manufacturing
  • Manufacturing Order Detail Maintenance now has a Location field. This field can be used if the order detail record should be committed/reduced from a specific inventory location; or returned to a specific location (for negative quantity detail records). - Release Date: 9/8/2022

  • The Auto-Part Cost Update setting in Inventory Parameter Maintenance allows users to automatically push the value from the Part Supplier Level to the Standard Cost of the corresponding part branch when the setting is set to "Update Standard Cost from Supplier Level 1". This will be renamed to "Update Standard Cost from Supplier" as users can now specify which Level (1-5) can be used for each Part Supplier record. - Release Date: 11/4/2022

  • Part Inventory Maintenance now has a new "Location Required" field in the Settings panel.   • The Part Pricing Inquiry has been altered to utilize the new Price Type Detail - Sales Order Type field. - Release Date: 12/15/2022
  • In Price Type Maintenance, you can now set a Priority value in Price Type Detail Maintenance. By default all pre-existing price type detail will be assigned Priority 0 (zero). So now when determining the Price Type for a part on a sales order, the LOWEST price with the HIGHEST priority value will be used. This will allow you to insure that a desired Price Type will always take precedence over lower priority price types. This can be useful if you have a contract or agreement with a customer and/or supplier to sell specify products (or product lines) at a specific markup. - Release Date: 11/3/2022
  • Tax Codes can now track separate accounts for county, city, and other rates. This is in turn will create separate receivables transactions when closing a sales order. A field has also been added to track the "Other" description. - Release Date: 10/21/2022
  • If the Inventory Parameter "Validate Location" is set, then in System > System Codes Maintenance under the Warehouses tab, you can either click the pencil icon for each warehouse to manually add Warehouse Locations to that warehouse or you can click the "Import Warehouse Locations" toolbar button to import Warehouse Location records from a delimited text file. Additionally, in Warehouse Maintenance, there is a tab named "Location Groups" where you can maintain Location Groups to group your inventory locations for selecting a location. For example, you could define a Location Group of "Outside" to associate with any inventory locations located outside. - Release Date: 9/13/2022
  • Sales Order Types can be used in the Detail of Price Type Maintenance. - Release Date: 8/29/2022
  • You can now configure email settings in System Parameter Maintenance. The settings in Parameter Maintenance (Admin site) will still be required for any report scheduling purposes but can be overridden at the company level if necessary. - Release Date: 7/29/2022
  • Vehicle
  • The ability to decode VIN numbers has been included. Vehicle Attribute Maintenance will allow the decoder's property values to be mapped to Treqso properties. Vehicle Parameters has a checkbox to enable VIN Decoding. Vehicle Maintenance will update fields when a VIN number is entered. Update Vehicles From External File can now decode the uploaded VIN numbers. VIN Decoding Values page has been added to display possible values for decoder fields. A permission for VIN Decoding Values page has been added to Security Group Maintenance - Vehicle tab. - Release Date: 11/8/2022
  • Users can now choose which vehicle attributes will be shown in the vehicle description on Sales Order Maintenance. This can be set on the Vehicle Attribute Maintenance page. Initially the Make, Model, and Year will included in the description. - Release Date: 8/26/2022
  • The codes for the Status field in Vehicle Maintenance can now be maintained by users. A Vehicle Status tab has been added to Standard Codes Maintenance for this. - Release Date: 8/26/2022
  • The "Sales Order ID(s)" field in generic Vehicles reports only reported on Open orders. This field has been renamed to "Sales Order ID(s) OPEN" and an additional field called "Sales Order ID(s) ALL" has been added. - Release Date: 7/25/2022

Fixed Items

    Accounting
  • The Year End Closing page was being selective on actual account balances when computing the YTD of the income statement and balance sheet. This lead to an incorrect amount since it was including budget balances. - Release Date: 2/9/2023
  • There were two Create Date fields available in the "G/L Transactions" generic report so the duplicate has been removed. - Release Date: 8/25/2022
  • In GL Recurring Transaction Maintenance, when the last record for the transaction is deleted, any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022
  • In GL Transaction Maintenance, when the last record for the transaction is deleted, any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022

  • The Last Payment Amount field in Customers generic reports was reporting the sum of the customer's payments, rather than their last. - Release Date: 8/3/2022
  • Inventory
  • The Dead Inventory Report would not run due to an error regarding the Last On-Hand Date. - Release Date: 10/25/2022
  • Fixed a problem in Inventory Count Process when doing "Update Snapshot" where Actual Cost and Landed Cost were getting incorrectly reset to zero. - Release Date: 8/11/2022
  • In Inventory Count Process, the "Import Count" text file import page and mobile import page have been fixed to set the Actual Cost and Landed Cost when adding a new tag or updating an existing tag if those costs are zero. - Release Date: 8/10/2022
  • In Inventory Count Process, when you delete a Session any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022
  • In Warehouse Transfer Maintenance, when the Transfer Order is deleted, any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022
  • Part Inventory Maintenance has been fixed so you can change the Quantity to zero (0); where this will now delete the Part Inventory record after making the inventory adjustment transaction to adjust the inventory to zero. - Release Date: 8/8/2022

  • The employee field would not be set correctly when loading a record in Labor Time Clock/Card Maintenance if that employee was not active. - Release Date: 11/11/2022
  • The Team and Branch fields in the employee search box on Team Card Maintenance was not displaying correctly. - Release Date: 11/4/2022
  • Manufacturing
  • When selecting the "Un-reduce" button, the detail retains the reduced quantity instead of being reset to zero. - Release Date: 3/7/2023
  • A problem was fixed when doing a partial mfg. order build where routing labor and overhead would not be computed correctly if there are multiple labor routings for the same labor/overhead part number. - Release Date: 11/8/2022
  • Manufacturing Order Maintenance fixed several problems when adding a new order including: requiring the Parent Part Number to be a non-blank value and have Part Type = "Make" and have a BOM. - Release Date: 9/7/2022
  • Manufacturing Order Detail Maintenance now allows you to specify a negative Process Quantity when the Needed Quantity is negative so that component parts can be returned to inventory if needed. - Release Date: 9/7/2022
  • In Mfg. Order Maintenance, when disassembling a Mfg. Order, if "Disassemble All Levels" is checked then for each Subassembly component, see if any of its components were reduced; and if not then return the Subassembly component part to inventory instead of its components. - Release Date: 8/16/2022

  • Part Pricing Inquiry fixed a problem where specifying a Customer Type and Part Number and then clicking the [Find Price] button would hang the lookup. - Release Date: 12/1/2022
  • Payables
  • In the "Import Payables from External Text File" routine, if you marked the "New Invoices Only" checkbox and the import text file had lowercase values for either Supplier ID or Invoice ID then you would incorrectly get a message that the Supplier ID and Invoice ID already exists. - Release Date: 11/21/2022
  • The "Update Payable Status" page will now check the current Payable Status and skip any Payables Transaction records that are not the expected status that should be updated. This will prevent updating "Paid" status invoices back to "Approved" or "Not Approved" if another process paid some invoices while you are processing the selected supplier invoices for this routine. - Release Date: 11/21/2022
  • In Create Payables from Receipts, the posting process will now skip trying to add a Payables Transaction if the expense amount = 0 (since a 0.00 amount is not allowed). However, the posting process will still mark such Purchase Order Receipt records (i.e. with Actual Cost = 0) as Reconciled. This allows companies to continue to use this routine if zero cost items are expected. - Release Date: 10/27/2022
  • The Auto CC set in User Maintenance was not working for the Auto-Email feature in the Payables Remittance report. - Release Date: 9/15/2022

  • When adding a Purchase Order, the Misc. Supplier Info box was visible even if the misc. supplier had not been chosen. Also the state/province drop-down was not being initially populated. - Release Date: 10/19/2022

  • Adding unknown part to non-Unknown Parts model in Quote Maintenance would always state "Part Number cannot be blank!". - Release Date: 3/7/2023
  • When changing the price, tax, suggestion, quantity, TBD, or price type of a rolled-up title in Quote Maintenance, the change was being applied to titles below it that were set to Detail Parts. - Release Date: 3/3/2023
  • When adding a model in Quote Maintenance, a part kit's components (which were set to always add) were not being added correctly if the model sequence was set to pick one or many. - Release Date: 12/5/2022
  • The Labor tab in Quote Maintenance was not showing the correct data if there multiple labor records of the same type on the quote. - Release Date: 10/19/2022
  • The Close option in Quote Maintenance was not informing the user if there was an issue with performing the action (such as the sold-to customer being inactive). - Release Date: 8/24/2022
  • Receivables
  • During Receivables Month End Processing, Customer Payment records were not getting their Transaction Status set to "C" (Closed) if the corresponding receivables transaction payment records are now all closed. - Release Date: 11/9/2022
  • For Sales Analysis reports, in Report Maintenance the Parameter settings have been fixed to correctly insert the [CurrentMonth] and [CurrentYear] parameters instead of the old incorrect [Month] and [Year] parameters. - Release Date: 10/17/2022
  • In Receivables Month End Processing, when creating Service Charge invoices, the Due Date was not getting set and so it will now be set to the Aging Date (i.e. service charges are due immediately). - Release Date: 10/13/2022
  • The Auto CC set in User Maintenance was not working for the Auto-Email feature in the Month End Customer Statements. - Release Date: 9/15/2022
  • In Receivables Payment Maintenance, a problem was fixed when user clicks [Add New Payment] after just completing [Select Invoices To Pay] where the Payment Amount should be enabled for the new payment since [Add New Payment] is the same functionality as [Add Payment] button on the Finder screen. Also, when doing [Select Invoices To Pay] and EnableAuthorizeNet = False then when Payment Method changes the page should set focus to Payment Description instead of Payment Reference Number. - Release Date: 9/1/2022
  • In Receivables - Payment Maintenance, when the Customer Payment record is deleted, any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022
  • In Receivables - Invoice Maintenance, when the last record for the transaction is deleted, any associated archived documents will now also be deleted. - Release Date: 8/9/2022
  • Sales Order
  • When changing the Bill-Customer on an open order in Sales Order Maintenance or Quick Orders, all associated RCV payments were being updated. Only Sales Order payment should be updated. - Release Date: 3/21/2023
  • The Set Prices option in Sales Order Maintenance has been altered to only "use actual costs" on detail lines that have been reduced. - Release Date: 12/16/2022
  • In the Print Sales Orders page, the forms could not be generated if the selectivity chosen by the user generated a long list of sales orders (meaning several hundred). The users will be prevented from continuing if this occurs in the future. - Release Date: 12/14/2022
  • A problem was fixed in Sales Order Maintenance and Sales Order Quick Entry where the Sales Tax total amount was showing an incorrect amount if the TaxTransactionID field was NOT blank. In this case, the TaxTransactionID field can now be seen under the Additional Information panel. Note that the TaxTransactionID field should only be set when using third-party sales tax software to compute sales tax. - Release Date: 11/17/2022
  • When trying to re-open payment in the Re-Open Sales Orders page, an error would occur if there were no payments found. - Release Date: 10/21/2022
  • In the "Re-open a Sales Order" page, when reopening "Is Deposit" sales order payments, the list of Payment Reference Numbers to delete was not being correctly set, and therefore GL Transaction and Receivables Transaction records for those payment reference numbers were not getting deleted. And so when the sales order was eventually re-closed, those Receivables Transaction records were getting created again; causing duplicate records. - Release Date: 10/4/2022

  • Several changes have been made to the Admin Scheduling menu: The old "Show All Scheduling" menu item has been renamed as "Packages and Sequences" to better indicate its purpose. The "Add Package" menu item has been removed and the "Packages and Sequences" page now has an [Add Package] button for this. The "Add Sequence" menu item has been removed and the "Packages and Sequences" page now has an [Add Sequence] button for this. In "Packages and Sequences", the old Tree View for Packages and Sequences has been replaced with grids. This is for consistency with how other maintenance pages work in TREQSO. - Release Date: 8/2/2022

  • Added change payment terms button to toolbar in Customer Maintenance. This function allows you to update open sales orders with the payment terms change. - Release Date: 2/8/2023
  • The "Customer History" option in Customer Maintenance now has 3 tabs (Summary, Monthly Comparison, and Yearly Comparison). Yearly Comparison additionally has a checkbox to allow history data for fiscal years to be shown instead of regular years if the starting month of the fiscal year is not January. - Release Date: 11/2/2022
  • Inventory
  • In Inventory - Close Month, if there are any un-posted inventory transactions, a button labeled "Go Post Inventory Transactions" will appear. Clicking that button will take you to the "Post Inventory Transactions" page and the "Exit" button on that page will be relabeled to "Go To Close Month" (so that you can return to the Close Month page when done posting). - Release Date: 11/17/2022
  • In "Adjust/Expense Inventory", any inventory adjustment will now create an Event Log record for the adjustment. - Release Date: 8/29/2022

  • In Mfg. Order Maintenance, when using the "Disassemble Part" option, you must now disassemble the entire Completed Quantity - which will then set Order Status to "Void" when disassembly process finishes successfully. This will allow running Mfg. Order generic reports that exclude Void orders; so that you can get accurate mfg. reporting costs. - Release Date: 11/8/2022
  • The "Un-Reduce Inventory" option in Mfg. Order Detail Maintenance will now use the Inventory Transaction records from the original inventory reduction to restore the Part Inventory records with the same Reference Type and Reference Number that they were reduced from. - Release Date: 9/27/2022

  • Standard Codes Maintenance > Labor Types - When creating or updating a Labor Type, Order Work Code will now be required to not be empty. - Release Date: 1/6/2023
  • Payables
  • A change had been made in the previous version that prevented users from creating payables from receipts if the purchase order had any receipt records with Actual Cost = 0. This prevented some companies from using this page if such PO receipt records were expected to have a cost of 0.00. To handle this issue, a rule has been added that determines if this check should be made. By default, all companies upgrading to this TREQSO version will have this rule turned on. - Release Date: 10/21/2022
  • The Payables - Reverse Payments page now includes a checkbox named "Void Payment". If this checkbox is checked then any reversed Payables Payment records will be updated with Payment Status of "V" (Void). If this checkbox is not set then Payables Payment records will be deleted when the payment is reversed (i.e. the original functionality). Additionally, Payables reports will now exclude Payables Payments that have Payment Status="V" (Void). Note that you will not be allowed to create a new payables payment for a supplier with the same payment reference number and payment date as an existing voided payment. - Release Date: 9/29/2022
  • The Create Payables From Receipts page now allows paging the detail grid that displays when you choose the [Select Receipts to Post] button. Any records that you mark the checkbox for will preserve the checkbox setting from each page as the detail grid is paged. Additionally, before posting the page will test to insure the total PO receipt cost amount selected to post matches the Invoice Amount the user specified. This should prevent posting an un-anticipated invoice amount. - Release Date: 9/15/2022
  • You can no longer add a new Payables Invoice Transaction record for an inactive Supplier. - Release Date: 8/1/2022
  • Purchase Order
