  • Added a new program for inter-company warehouse transfers. This program allows users to move inventory between companies. This transaction is treated as a sale between two companies and generates a set of payable and receivable invoices to document the transaction. - Release Date: 9/25/2024
  • Part Status Inquiry - Added "Inter-Company Transfer Requests" field to show how many parts are being requested for moving to a new company. - Release Date: 6/17/2024

  • A new menu item for "Add Manufacturing Order" has been added to the "Manufacturing" drop down menu at the top of the screen. This will allow users to go directly to creating a new order instead of having to enter Manufacturing Order Maintenance before clicking the "Add Mfg. Order" button. - Release Date: 2/13/2024
    • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Maintenance - If the "Order Subtotal" is less than the Supplier's "Minimum Order Amount", then a red warning label will appear underneath stating "Minimum order amount NOT met!". Additionally, if the user tries to print, then a confirmation popup window will appear with the same message and ask if the user wishes to continue. - Release Date: 5/13/2024
  • Purchase Order Maintenance - New field level permissions have been added to allow further customization for which fields security groups can interact with. - Release Date: 3/27/2024
  • Added a new purchase order parameter, 'Received Cost Variance.' It is a percentage that the user can set which tells Treqso to assign the actual cost from a received line to the part's standard cost. This assignment is made on the part branch as specified on the purchase order, otherwise it set on the default branch. - Release Date: 2/20/2024

  • Manufacturing Parameter Maintenance - "Parent Landed Cost Option" will now be correctly used when calculating landed cost when building a Manufacturing Order and in the "Bill of Materials Cost Update" page when updating a parent part with a landed cost markup method set to "Amount.". - Release Date: 3/18/2024

  • Print Payables Payments - Fixed remittances not respecting the selected order by value (Supplier ID or Supplier Name) when printing. - Release Date: 4/3/2024

  • Custom codes now update without any errors when altering security group permissions. - Release Date: 9/6/2024

  • Changes have been made to the vehicle batch import page that now have custom vehicle attributes saving correctly. - Release Date: 10/9/2024
  • During the vehicle mobile import process, the status date was being set whenever any other date value was set. This has been corrected. - Release Date: 10/9/2024
  • Fixed an issue occurring where a vehicle custom code was not added to the format when chosen in the chassis receiving format page. - Release Date: 5/6/2024

  • Positive pay files will now use SupplierName from SupplierMaster for Payee Name. The 'Payment for' string will no longer appear in these files. - Release Date: 4/5/2024

  • Part Inventory Maintenance - Part Inventory records can no longer be updated when they are committed to anything. - Release Date: 4/11/2024
  • For pick tickets using a manufacturing order, BOMSequenceNumber will be used as PhaseNumber for PickTicketDetails. - Release Date: 3/20/2024
  • Post Inventory Transactions to General Ledger - A flag has been added to prevent the posting process from being started again if it is currently running. - Release Date: 3/12/2024
    • Manufacturing
  • Bill of Materials Maintenance - Added "Is Subassembly?" checkbox to allow using a make/phantom part as a top level part instead of a subassembly. Added BOM Option Settings tab allowing certain BOM Option Numbers to be set to "Always Add", "Pick Many", or "Pick One" when adding a bill of materials to a manufacturing order. - Release Date: 3/12/2024
  • Manufacturing Order Maintenance - Significant changes have been made to how details are added to new manufacturing orders. When inserting details, the BOM Option Numbers will now be shown in a grid that can be selected one at a time to show details within that option which can be selected to add to the manufacturing order. Subassembly parts can be marked as "Add Top Level" if desired to avoid having to build that part when building this order. If any subassemblies cannot be added automatically due to needing user input, then a popup window will open where options can be checked to add. After inserting details, if any details have a subassembly number and no parts below with a parent subassembly number to match, then an "Insert Missing Options" button will be shown to allow adding the missing subassembly details. - Release Date: 3/12/2024
  • Mfg. Order Detail Maintenance - An "Add Subassembly" dropdown has been added to the top menu with options for adding the current part's subassembly to the current order or adding its subassembly to a new manufacturing order and setting this part to backordered. "Make" and "Phantom" part types can have their subassembly added to the current order, and only "Make" part types can create a new manufacturing order for their subassembly. When creating a new order for the subassembly, it will use the "Process Quantity" for the new "Order Quantity". - Release Date: 3/12/2024

  • Include method, markup & end calculation for landed cost & list price in detail grid regardless of method in PartMaint page. - Release Date: 6/13/2024
  • If AllowNegativeCostPrice inventory parameter is turned off, throw an error when attempting use a negative cost/price. on PartMaint page. - Release Date: 6/13/2024

  • View/Cancel Payments - When cancelling payments, a warning will appear if any pending payments in the batch are already associated with a Payment Reference Number. If any are found, then another warning will appear before you can continue the cancellations. - Release Date: 10/22/2024

  • Added contact labels that display email & phone numbers on list change on QuoteMaint page. - Release Date: 6/4/2024
  • Unit of measure conversion will now be used when calculating prices & labor on quotes. - Release Date: 4/9/2024
