  • In Payables > Print Payables Payments, a bug was fixed with how Supplier Master Bank Routing Number length was checked for electronic payments. If the Bank Routing Number was blank, the page was not handling that. - Release Date: 5/3/2018

  • In Purchase Order Detail Maintenance, when refreshing costs, a problem was fixed where the Landed Cost minimum value was not getting set to the new Actual Cost value - which could cause an un-handled error to occur. - Release Date: 3/28/2018
  • In Purchase Order > Batch Order Processing, fixed "Object reference not set to and instance of an object" error. Also, fixed error adding Purchase Order Detail for an unknown part by insuring that the Order Detail Text is not blank. - Release Date: 3/20/2018

  • Creating a Sales Order from a Quote produced an error when trying to auto-commit an unknown part. - Release Date: 10/4/2018

  • Pushing Sales Order Sales Tax to Receivables was setting the Transaction Date to today's date rather than the Finalize Date. - Release Date: 10/3/2018
  • Setting a -1 quantity on a sales order was not allowed for a serialized part. - Release Date: 10/1/2018
  • When trying to reduce a sales order with backordered items and trying to set the order as "Ship Available", a problem was fixed checking for shippable items to handle line items that are partially shippable For example, a line item with OrderQuantity=10 ShipQuantity=8 BackorderQuantity=2 should be shippable. - Release Date: 7/18/2018
  • The Sales Order Action reports have been fixed to correctly handle 'Reduced' line items. The Recommended Action should be an empty string for Reduced items. Also, the Sales Order Action Summary Report now shows the line item count for the various Recommended Actions since showing quantity does not make any sense when an order could have many different/incompatible UOMs. - Release Date: 5/16/2018
  • Adding a Sales Order Payment should set the Sold-To Customer ID (in Receivables Transactions) to that of the Order's Bill-To Customer ID. - Release Date: 5/1/2018

Changes

  • Sales Order Batch Processing and Purchase Order Batch Processing will now prompt for Transaction Date to use when Reducing, Unreducing, and Creating Purchase Orders from Backorders. - Release Date: 6/25/2018
  • Inactive Customers/Suppliers are not allowed to be set on a Quote, Sales Order, or Purchase Order. - Release Date: 6/13/2018
  • Users will now be asked to confirm a shipping address change when the sold-to or ship-to customer ID is changed. - Release Date: 5/29/2018

  • Changed "Create Payables Payments" page to add [Expand All], [Collapse All], [Expand Invoices], and [Collapse Invoices] buttons. Also, the Supplier Total Amount will now display in the Supplier group header and the Invoice Total Amount will now display in the Invoice group header. This will allow the user to see supplier and invoice totals even when the grid is collapsed. - Release Date: 6/15/2018
  • In "Print Payables Payments", changed the [Print Excess Remittances] button to [Print Separate Remittances] in order to print all non-check remittances as well as check "overflow" remittances. - Release Date: 6/15/2018

  • You can now designate that a Part Comment be appended to a different Sales Order Comment. Previously they had to be the same name. This action would only occur when a Sales Order was created from a Quote. It will now occur when parts are added to a Quote & Sales Order as well. - Release Date: 8/30/2018
  • Changed Sales Order Detail Maintenance and Sales Order Entry detail entry to show Substitute Part option if not enough quantity available to ship. Also show Replacement Part for a part with "Hold" status or "Discontinued" status. - Release Date: 8/28/2018
