TEQuote 6.9

  • Fixed issue with selecting and viewing Part Image Objects in both the Parts and Quotes modules.
  • Fixed issue with using Date fields in Selection Criteria for the Reports module.
  • Added a Quote Rule that allows you to Export a Customer Note Type to FACS.
  • Added a Permission to restrict viewing the Logs.
  • Added a setting that allows you to determine what happens when printing a Quote Document for a file name that already exists. The options are to save the file as a different file name, or to override the existing file. This setting exists for the entire database but can also be set per User.
  • Fixed several issues with Quote Documents. TEQuote was not accounting for Field formulas or non-number bookmarks that were to be formatted as numbers.
  • Added the ability to see which Items on a Quote are associated with a Quote Attribute. This can be seen on both the Attributes tab and when you drill into a Quoted Item.
  • Added the ability to merge Quote and Suggested Items into the same table on a Quote Document. This appears as an option in the Create Quote Document dialog box. The default for this setting can also be set in Preferences - Quotes (Documents).
  • Modified the Create/Modify/Delete Public Views permission to encapsulate all Public Views, not just those created by the User.
  • If the Show Suggested Items box was not checked on the Items tab of the Quotes module, the Suggested Items would not show up on a Quote Document. This has been corrected.
  • When a Customer is selected for a Quote, that Customer's Sales Rep is then set for the Quote. If their is not a Sales Rep for the Customer, the Default Sales Rep for the User is used. This process was not working for those Users that are flagged as a Sales Rep. This has been corrected.
  • Fixed several issues with sending Quote Documents to Report Router.
  • Changed the verbage of the Ignore Material Cost box on Part Price Types to Hide Ignore Materail Cost. Material Cost will no longer be included in Total Cost on the Quote Totals tab.
  • Changed the verbage of the Ignore Labor Cost box on Part Price Types to Hide Ignore Labor Cost. Labor Cost will no longer be included in Total Cost on the Quote Totals tab.
  • Changed the verbage of the Ignore Freight Cost box on Part Price Types to Hide Ignore Freight Cost. Freight Cost will no longer be included in Total Cost on the Quote Totals tab.
  • Fixed issue with pressing the Display button on the Model Templates tab. The results were not respecting Attributes on the Model when the Model name was longer than 20 characters.
  • Fixed issue with pressing the Display button on the Parts Templates tab. The results were not respecting Attributes on the Parts when the Part name was longer than 20 characters.
  • Fixed issue with using the "Add Attribute To Parts" function in the Tools program.
  • Added ability to add MAKE and MODEL attributes in the "Add Attribute To Parts" function of the Tools program.
  • Fixed issue with printing Quote Documents. Total bookmarks where not showing correct data when the Word Template had no detail tables.
